It’s Wednesday, the midpoint of the week. In headline news, President Obama commuted the federal sentence for Chelsea Manning for leaking government documents to WikiLeaks, along with the sentences other prominent prisoners, while British Prime Minister Theresa May laid out the details of her country’s Brexit plan for leaving the European Union.
