You want audience members to feel like they can express themselves freely, but that freedom should not come at the expense of your control over your own presentation. The new moderator for word clouds reinforces that control without affecting participants’ freedom of expression.

How do I activate this feature?

Step 1: When creating a Word Cloud, turn on the “Moderator” button.

How do I use the moderator in real time?

Step 1: Click on the notification icon on the projected screen to visualise all answers pending before approval.

NB: Answers will only be displayed once they’ve been approved.

Step 2:

  • Approve the answers you wish to display using the first button shown below.
  • Reject undesirable answers using the second button, as shown below.

That’s it for the tutorial, all that’s left is for you to learn how to wield your new-found power. And remember, with great power comes great responsibility.

As always, should you have suggestions for potential improvements of the platform, make sure to let us know; feedback is always highly appreciated!

And if you enjoy these new updates, why not share the love on Twitter 😍?
