Wooclap News: Moderator interface
As you discovered in our previous article about the navigation bar, Wooclap has prepared a lot of improvements for 2017! Let us introduce you our brand new feature: the moderator interface.
You can access the moderator interface by clicking on the “M” button next to the name of your event. It allows the presenter to manage all the features easily on his screen. Here is what you can do thanks to this moderator interface.
Show a message in fullscreen
Click on the Magnify icon
to display a message of your choice. It will immediately appear on the projected screen.
Moderate messages and display approved messages
- Click on the Settings icon on the right
- Enable categories
- Rename the green category Approved
- Display the Approved category by ticking the checkbox next to it
- Approve messages by clicking on the green button next to them
If you just click on the category, you will see the approved messages and if you tick the checkbox next to the category, you will display them on the projected screen.
Organize messages in different categories
Organize messages in different categories to structure your Q&A sessions or to start a brainstorming session.
- Click on the Settings icon
- Enable categories
- Rename categories to fit your needs
- Put a message in a category by clicking on the color buttons next to it
If you just click on a category, you will see the messages of this category and if you tick the checkbox next to the category, you will display them on the projected screen. On this screenshot, the “North America” checkbox is ticked. The displayed messages will be those that belong to this category.
Display a question/vote
1. Click on the Votes tab
2. Choose the question you want to display on the projected screen
You can hide/show the results and stop the vote from your moderator interface.
Display a slide from your presentation
To go back to your presentation, you simply need to click on the current slide (or the next one).
