Italian Wedding Cookies are delicious, buttery and nutty cookies that pair perfectly with coffee or tea. Made with ground almonds and delicately sweetened with confectioner’s sugar and almond extract, these cookies come together quickly and require minimal pantry staples. Use unsalted butter softened at room temperature for a light and fluffy cookie texture; adding the sea salt enhances the flavor and balances the cookie dough’s sweetness. Mix the ingredients in a stand mixer, shape them into balls and bake. No chilling is required. These Italian Wedding Cookies have a light, airy and buttery crumb that will satisfy every sweet tooth!
