Mood Pieces

Life’s a jig that someone saw.

Photograph by Author.

Here and there and everywhere,
Mood pieces pass my mind,
Some in different colors,
Scintillation turns me blind.

Way out back, behind the track,
Burnt bushes, blackened stumps,
New shoots as smooth as silk pop out,
And sharp green grass in clumps.

A place for duuudes of all sexes, ages, religions, and coffee-preferences to hang out and shoot the sh!t about their latest creations, to brag, lament, query, or quote, it’s all good…
