Potato Fritters
Potato Fritters are crispy golden patties that make a delicious appetizer, lunch, dinner or snack. They are thinly sliced potatoes that are coated in flour, egg, cheese and herbs. The batter binds the potato slices preventing them from falling apart as they fry in the skillet. To slice the potatoes thinly, you can either slice them by hand or with a Mandolin.
