Seafood Marinade
Ingredients:
1/2 lemon, juice freshly squeezed
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Crushed red pepper flakes, pinch
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Whisk ingredients together and set aside.
