Tackling the Neck
In my construction life we often wrangled to establish the critical path of a project. The plan we considered showed where we would like to finish on the construction journey, the trick however was to figure out how to actually get there, efficiently if possible. To do this we had to establish the “when” of each step of construction, the time when it won’t get in the way of another move, the time when it will never be easier.
