Customer health looks different for every company and customer. Do your successful users log in daily, use key product features, make repeat purchases or refer others?

It’s difficult to define the makeup of healthy and at-risk customers without the ability to compare their behavior against others.

Woopra’s newest addition to People Reports, People Metrics, allow you to answer these questions and more. Any action you’re tracking can be calculated across users to identify new prospects, rockstars or at-risk users.

Quickly answer questions such as:

  • Which users are testing my newest product feature?
  • Who is visiting my mobile app the most?
  • How much has a user paid in subscription fees?
  • Which users open the most support tickets?

Sort by the column results to see who is driving revenue, most engaged or ready for a sales conversation.

Use this insight to identify the behaviors that drive success, monitor product engagement and personalize communication throughout the customer journey.

For example, in the below People Report, we’re analyzing the last 90 days of users by the:

  • Number of times they’ve logged in
  • Number of teammates they’ve invited to our service
  • Number of reports they’ve run within the product
  • Number of integrations they’ve installed
  • Number of Zendesk tickets they’ve opened

An On-Demand services company like Uber might analyze users by metrics such as:

  • Number of times they’ve requested a ride
  • Total Distance traveled
  • Total Amount paid for rides this year
  • Number of times they’ve shared their location
  • Number of times they’ve referred a friend with a promo code

Using People Metrics within a People Report, they could quickly identify the highest grossing customers and, for example, send a special promotion based on user behavior.

Each metric is completely customizable based on the data you’re tracking in Woopra. Simply select what you want to learn about your users and let Woopra do the math.

Whether you’re a SaaS company, On-Demand, eCommerce or other vertical — use People Metrics to know how your users behave, engage and interact with your brand over time to build better customer experiences.

Looking for more functionality? Stay tuned! We’ll be adding advanced sorting, formulas and more to People Metrics in the weeks to come.
