“Celebrate your comfort zone?”

I should be censored for merely suggesting such blasphemy!

But I’m not the only one saying it. You’ll also hear it from:

Why you SHOULDN’T listen to the “leave-your-comfort-zone” crowd

Drown your brain in the “leave your comfort zone” mindset, and pretty soon you’ll conclude that the things you like are somehow…wrong.

Best-selling author Rhonda Britten put it this way:

“People often don’t honor the comfort zones they’ve created; they think it’s wrong or bad to need one. It’s not! If you deny that you have a comfort zone or pretend that you don’t need one, you’ll be stressed all the time.
