Dear Ocean

Gazing at the ocean with
my drenched feet.
I ruminate,
How vast, how broad
this Azure’s swift?

Glistening sea shells,
castles of sand dunes,
Conjured souvenirs along the shore,
narrating tyrannies unknown.

Creatures grand in
somnolence's peace.
How much do you hold
within your core's keep?

If I cast a stone laden with woe,
Fueled with every darkness I know,
Dear ocean,
Will you embrace its ebb and flow?
Enshroud them, too, in your silent show?

Unfulfilled dreams,
whispers untold,
Pride earned in lights,
Stealth in twilight's hold.

Dear ocean,
with your timeless grace,
Will you embrace them
all in your vast space?

Namaste! If you delved deep and read till the end, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for venturing into the realm of my overthinking and boundless thoughts. Follow for more Suprenquill ©.
