It’s different from when I was single or when we were just married.

It was about seeking God and being led to partner with God in the amazing things God was doing in the community and around the world.

I was challenged to dream big and chase after my dreams.

I was asked about my desires, my interests, my aspirations, and my goals, then I was challenged to chase after them.

Challenges such as these led me to leave my home after high school, join a mission organization, travel all around the world, and give all my energy to loving and serving others.

When children came into my life, there was a need for adjustments.

According to what I have seen so far, unless you live with or near your parents, have family/friends who can watch your children, or have the finances, this season of life forces you to slow down and evaluate what you are capable of doing.

You may have to slow down and lay down some of your aspirations. This season is a season of great gain but one that comes with losses.

You may not be able to run…
