As days have passed, I have felt increasingly aggressive and uncomfortable in my whole body. I am lost in a swirl of emotions, unsure of my thoughts. It is a mix of feelings of Sadness, irritation, and frustration that have becomes unwelcome companions.

It often feels like no matter how hard I try, I won’t be able to do well. What’s the point of even trying?

In different moments, I might have been able to recognize the absurdity of my rant and speak truth to the chaos in my mind.

I didn’t realize that negative thinking could overflow my mind and sabotage my present and future. The thoughts I allow to take root in my mind grow into weeds that have the power to destroy me.

Am I lonely? Yes!
Did I struggle? Yes!
Then who will be there for me? I don’t know!
Will I fail at life? Most likely not.

I must eliminate them before they can take hold.

In this piece, I emphasize the importance of cultivating healthy thoughts. If you’re going to heal yourself, think healthy thoughts.

I feel small and exposed as I ruminate on the darkness and negativity clouding my mind. I sometimes overflow with words, eager to express them, yet uncertain about their impact. Doubt creeps in, leaving me to wonder if I can genuinely help anyone through my word.

Negative thoughts can extinguish your hopes and hinder your ability to push past momentary challenges or the purpose God has placed within you. These thoughts can freeze you in fear.

I Look in the mirror and wipe the matter from my eyes. I try to see messages that remind me of who I am and what I can achieve. I am Fighting against the thoughts that take root in my mind.

I Speak truth to the lies to correct my thinking. My thoughts permeate my heart and soul, overflowing into my actions.

The power of our thoughts is the first step toward change. Getting caught up in negativity is easy, especially when life feels overwhelming. Engage in practices that encourage positive thinking. Focus on the good; you can cultivate a mindset that empowers you rather than brings you down.

Each time you catch yourself spiraling into negative thoughts, pause. Challenge those thoughts.

It’s okay to feel lost or unsure at times.

Progress may be slow, but every step forward counts. The way you speak to yourself shapes your reality.

Key Message: Heal Your Thoughts for a better Peace.
