Everyone goes through a point in time where they want to give up on something.

It does not matter what it is: writing online, learning a new instrument, or trying to learn a new language.

If you are here to write online, you are most likely going through it yourself.

You know, it is tough to form a habit. Typically people need around 60–90 days to truly form it. That means 2–3 months every day to make it your daily habit.

And the beginning is especially difficult. You do not know a lot about your subject yet and most likely you will not be very good at it either. After all, you just started.

Plus, and this is the main motivation killer, success comes slowly.

If we take the online writing example, you will not see great results right away. Not a lot of people will read what you write, won’t engage with you and you won’t earn a lot of money with it right away.
