Inspiration is The Best Way To Move Forward
No, inspiration is not a fleeting feeling.
There’s something weirdly beautiful about inspiration.
It fuels you. Makes you realize the passion within you, and brings out your best.
Yes discipline counts. You can’t make good progress without being ready to do what you need to without feeling like it. But many times, what moves you forward is the spark of creativity.
The opening. The flow. The “yes, I can do this” zone.
Inspiration is not ecstasy.
It is not a fleeting feeling that leaves in two seconds.
Yes, it is accompanied with a feeling.
But true inspiration is getting in touch with the real you , either by a moment of reflection, or by an external factor.
There are parts of you that have been buried under mundane activities of life.
Those parts are what makes you, you.
When those parts get recognized again, they light up. You feel alive again, full of energy and power.
This experience, of course, doesn’t end with a feeling.
Inspiration will die if you leave it up to fancy.
What you should do instead is follow it what inspires you.
Find out why what inspires you, inspires you.
- What part of you does it light up?
- What ideas does it birth?
Then double down on your findings and fuel it more.
Talk to a friend. Journal about it. Build in public. Make a decision.
You never realize how far you can go harnessing the power of inspiration.
