Anxiety Reminders…

Anxiety is your body trying to keep you safe. Those thoughts that to scare you are not true.

Every anxious feeling will pass. Thoughts will quieten if you pay them no attention.

Anxiety is a symptom, not an illness It you stop resisting, peace will come.

Your fear of anxiety is the problem, not anxiety If you’re sensitised, self-soothe.

White-knuckling keeps you scared loose-knuckling sets you free.

Fear keeps us focused on the past or worried about the future. If we can acknowledge our fear, we can realize that right now, we are okay.

Right now, today, we are still alive, and our bodies are working marvellously.
