The justification of the goodness of God over the problems of evil in the universe is an age long debate. The book of recorded that God saw all that He has created and indeed they were all good (Gen 1:31). This age long debate follows the cosmic delineation of things to cause and effect. It was the tradition and the belief of the people of the ancient world that goodness must be rewarded and bad people punished. This was recorded in many traditional and scriptural writings of the people of ancient Israel whom believed that the causes of their trials and troubles were their sins and disobedient to God. However, one often sees in the society how the good tends to suffer whereas evil men are alleged to be prosperous. Also, the many natural disasters which often destroy lives and properties in the society have been begging for answers to the question of the Omni-benevolence, Omniscience and Omnipotent attributes of God.The Philosopher Leibniz in his book , Essais de Théodicéesur la bonté de Dieu, la liberté de l’homme et l’origine du mal posits treats features of God, humanity, and the world.
