Hello everyone, Carl here. When I first started Word Garden I never anticipated how quickly it would grow. We now have over 2,000 writers, over 3,000 followers, and around 20 editors.

Word Garden has never been a publication with a high barrier to entry, and don’t worry, that’s not changing. However, to be a part of Word Garden, you must follow the rules, it’s that simple.

The rules are simple. However, it appears there is some confusion, so I am making this post to set in stone what the rules are, and what the punishment will be for failing to follow these rules.

I want to make this clear before we go into the rules, these rule changes will benefit Word Garden, and therefore the writers within. The only people who will be impacted by these rules are those who are too lazy to read them, as 90% of people do follow the rules. Unfortunately, the 10% not following the rules are making a lot of extra work for the editors, who are busy people. They have jobs, lives, and writing of their own to do. It’s unfair to them, and unfair to you, the people of Word Garden, as these people not following the rules are lowering the reputation of Word Garden, which ultimately, will lead to less people reading this publication.
