Recognize and Move

One of the most dangerous things we can do and be as leaders is stagnant or paralyzed. We become that way because we get complacent in the day-to-day or because we recognize all the ways we aren’t a “great leader”, that we feel like we can no longer possibly lead.

Recognize and Move on. Live each day like it is your last day to impact those around you and you will see great things.

You will take risks (and yes you will fail).
You will be more open (and yes you will get hurt).

But you know what else? The best thing?

You’ll grow.

You’ll also stop concentrating on the stupid things that simply don’t matter like ego, control, and perfection.
