World’s largest ship “Icon of the Seas" is about to sail on January 27, 2024. It was manufactured in Finland by a ship making company “Royal Caribbean International”. It will carry 5,610 passengers and 2350 crew members.
This ship is 5 times bigger than that of Titanic Ship. Its weight is 250,800 tons, while Titanic had 50,210 tons; Its height is around 1198 feet. It was completed in 900 days. Around 2,600 workers offered their services for its preparation.
This Ship will start its 1st journey from Miami, the city of Florida(the American State). It will have its destinations, including various American states, and the Caribbean Sea.
The people travelling on it will have numerous facilities. According to the Ship’s owner, this ship also has the biggest swimming pool, water park, 6 water slides etc. Its cheapest ticket has the cost of $1820, where a passenger will dwell for 7 days consecutively.
On the Ship, there are around 2805 rooms, which have been divided into 14 categories. Around 40 different types of hotels, bars, and cafeterias are there for eating, entertaining and shopping.
