“Trust” Received a Judge’s Choice Award

I am over the moon.

“Trust,” torn paper and ephemera, 48" x 26", by Lynda Wallisin

A phone call informing me that my piece “Trust” had received an award at the “Northern Lights” show at White Bear Center for the Arts in St. Paul MN was a total thrill.

I’ve waited decades to be able to put large meaningful, juicy chunks of time — during the day no less — into my own art.

A collection of stories that’s the reverse of “a picture is worth a 1000 words.” These stories of gazillions of things I’ve drawn and wondrous things I’ve made, span decades. Custom art, done right, tells the story without words. It takes a lot of words to get the art right.
