Your role

• You’ll paint the future: Analyse user experiences of digital products in the market and of our competitors to identify possible opportunities. Drive the user experience of our product to new and exciting heights
• You’ll develop standards: Contribute to the ongoing development of our design system, promoting quality and consistency across the entire user experience
• You’ll develop and maintain our brand assets for internal and external use
• You will be a valuable sparring partner for the other product designer and vice versa
• You will be part of the product team — your perspective will help us building a better and continuously improving product

Your profile

You are a design evangelist, detail-oriented and self-motivated who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

In addition …

• Your love for frictionless user interactions in combination with your creative mind inspires every product team you are part of
• You hold profound experience in wireframing, prototyping & communicating the results of your user research
• You are convinced that the best answer to an UX question may not exist yet — only because Facebook is doing it that way does not automatically mean we are doing it that way
• You communicate in English fluently & effortlessly
• You have the persistence to grow creative ideas to mature concepts and solutions
• Process strength and advanced skills in design tools are a given
