Here at Work-Bench, we’re always looking to grow our #womenterprise community in an intentional, conscious effort to promote more inclusivity within the enterprise tech ecosystem. While there are many ways to do this, here are three ways we are supporting our community right now:

#1: Bring Great Women Together

Last week, we said goodbye to Zoom and safely brought together the top women founders and leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and more from NYC’s leading enterprise SaaS startups. It was terrific to see the #womenterprise community out in full force, and we’ve seen firsthand what connecting with a great community can do to help support, inspire, and raise others up. Sign up for our #womenterprise newsletter to join the community!

#2: Curate Our Founders of Enterprise Startups (Who Are Women) Database

We collate this Women Founders of Enterprise Startups Database as a way to provide visibility to women founders across all stages. Since launching this public database 3+ years ago, the database has been used countless of times by investors to identify founders to invest in, for conferences and events to invite founders as speakers, for press to write for coverage, and so much more.
