We’re making some big improvements to support at ConvertKit

To our ConvertKit Family:

We know that it’s been difficult to get a hold of us in the last few weeks. It seems like Chat is always busy, and our email responses are coming too late. We know you deserve better, so I want to share a little peek at what we’re working on to fix it!

Chat Availability

We’ve outgrown our current live chat tool and are making the transition to a tool that serves you better! The main problem right now is that each team member can only take up to 3 chats at a time, and when they’re full, you can’t access chat at all.

The new tool we’re implementing lets you send a message in and hold your place in line–even if the team is full, they’ll be able to help you via chat as soon as they are done!

Email Response Time

It’s taken longer to get back to you lately. We are so grateful for your patience and we promise this is temporary as we make some structural improvements to our toolset and our team. We’ll be sharing more about the future of our support very soon.

To get this done, we will be closing Live Chat from Mon Aug 20 — Sun Aug 26.

During this time, we’ll have our entire Live Chat team focused on emails, in addition to our Email team! And when we come back, it will be so much easier to chat with our team and get the help you need, quickly.

Everything we do is in service of helping creators earn a living. I’m so sorry if it hasn’t felt that way lately–I promise we’ll make it right.
