Our mission is to change the way we work

We believe the workplace can be a force for positive change, supporting employees to live their lives well; and in turn doing better business.

Our Belief

Work is an integral part of life, but it needn’t be a source of anxiety, stress and ill health. As businesses we can’t thrive unless our people are healthy and happy.

When workplaces play an active role in supporting their people to live life well, the benefits to the individual, business and wider society are clear. Healthier, happier employees are engaged in their work, experience a greater sense of purpose and connection, are less likely to spend time away from the business due to ill health, and ultimately more likely to stick around and remain committed to your vision.

Done right it can transform business, and wider society.

What we do

We create and deliver wellbeing programmes and experiences designed to enhance individual health and happiness and build enduringly healthy work.

Our workplace wellbeing programmes and initiatives are all designed around the major elements of wellbeing.

We offer two ways of working to provide flexibility for your business, making it simple for smart businesses to start building healthy workplaces immediately.

1. Fully Managed Programmes

Access our expertise & services in strategy, curation, communication & management. Formats include Annual Programmes, Wellbeing Days, Wellbeing Weeks & Events.

2. Standalone Initiatives

Our standalone initiatives provide you with the flexibility and choice to build and manage your own programme. Formats include Workshops, Courses, Classes & Individual Appointments.

Our Team

Work Well Being is a network of top class wellbeing experts who together are intent on enhancing the way we live our lives and shaping the future of work — for individuals and business.

Work Well Being was founded by Louise & Abby, who having experienced first-hand how challenging it can be to prioritise health and happiness alongside the realities of modern working life, were frustrated that there was no systematic help for businesses interested in investing in the wellbeing of their staff.
