What is Workchaincenters?
As you can see from my experience, especially we are not a new startup created by university students in a garage. We are a group of Spanish companies with 35 years of experience creating and managing businesses in the traditional economy, we have created a great team of work with the perfect mix: youth, training and strength of university students “garage”, combined with experience and knowledge make businessmen “floats and fifties”.
The business idea of Workchaincenters is born of uniting a global success model developed by the leading companies in Coworking spaces and WeWork and Knotel offices, with the most advanced and revolutionary Blockchain technology.

How do you plan to join the Blockchain technology in Worchaincenters?
workchaincenters is a decentralized technological platform based on Blockchain that will manage technological centers of entrepreneurship and coworking, we will have in our platform a technology for generate Smart contracts that work, primarily on Waves technology, Ethereum and Hyperledger, also our coworkers community will be developed according to a DAO scheme, establishing a decentralized autonomous organization where each of its members can develop and execute applications that will allow them to benefit both individually and collectively.
Blockchain technology will allow us to record all transactions and operations in a permanent, immutable and transparent way; through smart contracts, all the processes required by the business would be instrumented: information on available spaces, contracting, reservations, payments, management, maintenance and billing, etc.
We will develop a mobile application (App) that will allow us to manage and coordinate all the services we offer in our centers through this application, which will also serve to create and build a community of loyal users around centers.
What activities will be developed in the centers?
workchaincenters is a global network of workspaces where people and companies will grow together, we will transform our buildings into environments where creativity, focus and connections are encouraged.
We want to create a movement where we humanize work, we want to change and completely transform the concept of traditional business centers, providing new and innovative solutions.
Creating an ecosystem to stimulate the use and knowledge of technologies that are changing our lives: IoT, I.A. FinTech, PropTech and, especially, Blockchain, where friends, supporters, associations and entrepreneurs can live and share experiences, ideas and projects, etc.
Do you think that shared work spaces are a solution to entrepreneurship?
For us it is a priority, all our centers will have an observatory / workshop / laboratory and an incubator / accelerator / investor ventures to help students and entrepreneurs of our community, facilitating accompaniment, training, mentoring and financing in new projects developed on these type of technologies.
There are several programs for which we will establish agreements with universities and educational centers to create and sponsor training programs and specific masters to develop the study and applications of these technologies, training and preparing new professionals in jobs that will be highly demanded and necessary in the new labor market (engineers, programmers, developers, backend developer, designers, modelers, etc.).
How will the centers work?
In our centers, cryptocurrencies can coexist with fiat money, especially with our own tokens. All spaces, offices, programs, services, awards, scholarships, etc., that we develop, can be acquired using our tokens, fiat money and cryptocurrencies. The tokens will give access to a series of exclusive services and privileges to the owners of the tokens.
Thanks to the agreement reached with the company Grow Working, we have open centers in Seville and Malaga at the immediate disposal of our coworkers.

What professional future opportunities do you offer to users?
We will establish collaboration agreements and participation programs with universities, public institutions and private companies to invite them to participate and collaborate in this initiative helping students and entrepreneurs by facilitating accompaniment, training, mentoring, work practices, company internships and financing.
Workshops / laboratories and incubators / accelerators will aim to establish a large ecosystem, able to attract people who have an idea or innovative project, offering them training, economic and structural resources to turn their dreams into reality.
