Streamlining your Online Form Submissions

Embedding JotForms within your website allows you to capture the flow of information coming into your organization. Now, with Workflow for JotForm, you can coordinate how your team processes that information and the decisions they make around it.

At ProcessMaker, we’ve found that many of our Workflow for JotForm users leverage the JotForm integration alongside their online embedded forms. They use Workflow for JotForm to coordinate online registrations, applications, or any request they need made publicly available.

In this post, we’re sharing ideas on how you too can manage the flow of questions, requests, and registrations into your organization by wrapping approval workflows around your website-embedded forms.

Coordinate Content Submissions

Workflow for JotForm supports file uploads for common file types. This makes the integration a perfect fit for competition submissions, resumes, contracts, invoices, or any other type of content submission. Ensure that each submission reaches your team members in the correct order by setting up a multi-level approval workflow. Each reviewer will be able to review the original content in their Slack and email, along with all previous comments.

Streamline your Requests

Any form submission that your team must handle is an ideal for fit for an approval workflow. Ensure that event registration, blog signup, and demo requests are routed to the right people each time. Keep in mind that an audit log and reporting for full visibility into each workflow.

Route Inquiries Effectively

Does your team handle large volumes of questions and inquiries from your website? Streamline the flow of inquiries in your organization with Workflow for JotForm and never let a new contact slip through the cracks.

Using Workflow for JotForm, you route all inquiries to the appropriate team member each time. If your receive a support question, you can click to “re-assign” the request to your customer support team. Alternately, you can route your inquiries to a Slack channel, where your team members can quickly process them together.

Centralize your requests on an internal webpage

Many Workflow for JotForm users embed their JotForms on internal web pages so that requests are always readily available to their teams in a central location. These can include HR functions like leave requests and purchase requests. You can also centralize your approvals of financial documents, RFP submissions, legal contracts, and marketing content approvals.
