Coding: The next blue color job

The work place is changing fast. Within ten years 2/3 of available jobs will be temporary. You need to take control of you life and plan to adapt to these changes. We all need to develop the skills we need to accomplish our goals. One of the common questions ask of a job applicant will be “do you do coding?” It is not that a company will need a full time coder. Companies need the creative thinking and problem solving skills coders have. Being able to code the solution to an internal problem your company has will be a major asset for you and for the company that hires you.

Is technology changing our lives? You can bet it is. Artificial intelligence and robotics mean will take our routine jobs and coders who can control the machines will be in high demand.
