2018 review and 2019 updates

Much remains true. 2018 was a year of exploration, experimentation, trial, and error. We added additional trades throughout the year (masonry, drywall, and framing). Including the ability to add company information and testimonials to your profile.
One of the things we noticed. Was real estate investors are searching for contractors as well. Many times a subcontractor versus a general contractor. Renovating a property is a huge aspect of their business. To assure it’s a place people want to rent or buy. Making sure it’s apart of the community. We listened and are excited to have real estate investors on our platform as well.
2019 Updates:
Our goal is to become the market network for construction and real estate. Starting today you can sign up as a Real Estate Investor. Complete your renovations by finding the best contractor(s) for your project(s).
It works the same with a construction company needing to hire:

- Hire. Review bids and profiles to determine who is the best contractor for the project

Email continues to be the one of the most popular communication forms. So we’ve brought the conversation to your email. Starting today you can communicate on projects via email. You’ll be able to respond in the dashboard. Or via email. You can find more information here.

We’ve added a few new trades to help you complete more projects. Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC are now added to our platform. If you are contracting business who does electrical, plumbing or HVAC. We invite you to sign up. Our goal is to help contracting business make more money and build relationships. Today we have 17 trades and growing.

In today’s atmosphere, the internet is a norm. We’re bringing contractors, especially subcontractors online. When you sign up, you gain access to an online portfolio to showcase your work.
