Introducing Maintenance: an affordable solution to property maintenance
This month we’ve introduced something new. Maintenance. Our monthly service for real estate investors, landlords and property managers to manage their maintenance. Consider maintenance made easy.

Here’s how it works:
- Your tenant calls or texts us with their issue.
- We troubleshoot the issue. Ideally we will resolve it, without having to send someone out. If a contractor needs to be sent out, we’ll determine if it’s an emergency or non emergency.
- If it’s an emergency we’ll dispatch your preferred contractor. Or use one from the WorkMand network.
- Coordination and scheduling of the contractor is done on our end.
- Our team documents the process. Providing details, work orders, invoices and before/after photos. We only contact you if needed.

Maintenance is the number one reason that real estate investors hire a property manager. They don’t mind handling the leasing, screening and background checks. There are not many affordable solutions tailored for real estate investors. So we decided to launch a service to solve this.
