We want to get to know you as a person and your strengths, and find out what makes you unique. At the same time, you can find out if Workpath is the right company for you. Feel free to ask us anything you want to know about the position, what we have to offer, and our expectations.

During the interview process, we will get to know each other remotely. But if you wish to get to meet in person, you can also come to our office . In any case, we will stay in touch with you, give you feedback and recommendations. If you want to know more about the interview process you can read our blog about the interview process steps you can expect.

To help you get a better idea of who we are, you should ask us any questions you have. So make sure you think about what interests you about this position beyond what’s listed in the job posting, and what you’d like to know more about (e.g., work environment, benefits, etc.).

Please always remain friendly and show interest, because not only do you take time for us, but we also provide our time for you. This also includes being punctual.

We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you and give you a good overview of our work. We don’t expect you to memorize all the company’s figures, but it is certainly an advantage if you find out about our company in advance. Then it will be easier for you to link concrete ideas to the topics and to ask detailed questions. If you want to use your notes for this, that’s no problem at all, because it just shows us that you’ve prepared yourself well.

In addition, we would like to take the opportunity to learn more about you beyond your application documents. We are particularly interested in your personality. What things are important to you? Why are you interested in this position? What do you expect from an employer? What made you decide on your previous stations in life?

No need to be nervous

Last but not least: you don’t have to be nervous! If you follow all the things we just mentioned, nothing should go wrong. Just take a deep breath and give yourself a chance to lower your heart rate.

As a little help, we have created a checklist that you can take to hand and check off before each interview. This way, you can make sure you haven’t forgotten anything and can start the conversation calmly.

Hopefully we will see you soon in a first call 🙂
