Here’s What’s New. And Here’s How It Will Help.

The Workpath team recently released a series of updates to the mobile app that are designed to help you more easily share information with your organization and quickly get tech support if you need it:

  • Mileage Tracking
  • A New Way to Drop Appointments
  • In-App Tech Support

Make sure you have the most recent version of the app on your phone for these helpful new features.

Mileage Tracking

The Workpath app now tracks your route and mileage to an appointment!

  • When you hit On the Way to an appointment, the system starts tracking.
  • When you hit Arrived, the route and mileage you took to an appointment is calculated and shared with your organization.

This feature lets you automatically share your location, route, and mileage to an appointment with your organization.

Drop Appointments

If you need to drop an already-accepted appointment or shift, simply:

  • Click on the details of the appointment.
  • Scroll down to see the red Unable to Complete Appointment button.
  • Select it, add a reason why you’re dropping, and the appointment will be re-published for another specialist to grab.

In-App Tech Support

If you have questions about how to use the Workpath app or experience any technical issues, you can chat with a Technical Support team member at Workpath.

  • Open your App Settings.
  • Click Contact Workpath.
  • Start chatting with us. We are here to help!
