Introducing the SF Shapers Intergenerational Memory Book

This summer, we will be featuring a handful of stories and lessons from the amazing older community members in our lives and SF neighborhoods. As Shapers working to combat loneliness and improve social health, we saw an opportunity to foster friendships between those of different generations.

Individual “Memory Keepers” have set up coffee chats and lunch sessions throughout this summer to document unforgettable lessons, from older members in our communities, and share them widely. Stay tuned for lessons about loneliness, disability, love, growing up in a post-colonial environment, and so much more. We can’t wait to hear what you think!
