How To Maintain Your Health And Fitness Over The Summer

I asked the question on my social channels, to get a feel for where most people go with their health and fitness priorities over the summer months.

I wasn’t surprised to see, it was a pretty mixed bag.

Whilst some people are juggling working, kids off school, holidays events and all of the other fun that summer can bring, others tend to have a little more time and the motivation to be a little more focused.

Which one are you?

How focused on your health and fitness are you right now?

A: non-existent

B: Maintenance

C: More focused

Even if you voted for the non-existent category but know you would like to feel like you could do a little bit, or how to maintain with the least amount of effort and still enjoy your summer.

I know for me personally I like to maintain my training as much as possible. I know that moving my body helps me to feel better and actually helps me deal with the stresses of the summer holidays better, it just improves my mood as much as anything. But I do suffer from that condition where if the sun is out it makes me want to drink lol, so being mindful of my nutrition is also important to me. Though I make sure I don’t add the…
