Zac Efron Exposes The Dangers Of Getting Baywatch Ripped

Yes, I am that nearly 40-year-old woman who will totally swoon over Zac Effron in any of his movies, those blue twinkly eyes just get me. But the 2017 film Baywatch, took being ripped to a whole other level.

I have the excuse of getting to watch his movies for my kid's benefit, of course, right?

Yet, I’m very aware of the impact that those rippling muscles have on my impressional young boys. Both of them have been gymnasts for years, they are fit, healthy and have visible 6 packs of their own, but of course nothing like that of Matt Brody, aka Zac Effron in Baywatch.

I can almost see the wonderment in my eldest son’s mind as he’s considering what it would actually take to look just like Zac. He is already quite conscious of his own body and always wants to get that popped vein look in his arms. So as a parent and health coach this is a topic that is close to my mind and heart.
