At the end of October, the temperatures here in Nice, France are worthy of June. I could still today, lunch on a sunny terrace from where I write this article.

Temperature 22 ° C (72 ° F) when it should be 15–17 ° C (60 ° F). This does not seem huge, but it’s still quite disturbing, knowing that the temperatures are not ready to go down. I notice the visible and palpable change in the overall mood of our planet, and that worries me a lot.

I will show you 5 Concernings Facts About The Current Situation Of Our Planet.

1.Atmospheric CO2 Concentration & Pollution

Due to human activities, the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere is increasing. Never since the beginning of humanity has there been so much CO2 concentration in our atmosphere. As a result, when the Earth receives solar heat, CO2 prevents the earth from “cooling off” and therefore temperatures arise. Imagine sleeping under a tent in the sun, the heat inside the tent would soon become unbearable, and logically you will go outside, or you will find a way to reduce the temperature in the tent. Unfortunately, we can not go outside the earth, so we are destined to stay here.

I do not know about you, but dying “cooked” is not something that enchants me, yet that is what will happen if humanity does not take drastic measures.

This is not an alarming scientist’s speech, just a statement that validates itself with the following diagram:

2. Ocean’s Acidification

Because of the increased concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, Oceans also capture some of these emissions that merge with water. As a result, the oceans are becoming increasingly acidic, and the underwater wildlife and marine ecosystem are dying. For us, it does not affect our skin when we go swimming at sea, because we do not stay forever in the water. But for all the animal species inhabiting the seabed, this acidification is identical to the rise in temperature that we experience on dry land.

As you can see on this diagram, in 2095, the oceans will have such an acidity that it will be almost impossible for marine life to survive this environment. Maybe the children of my children will never see a fish of their life or a coral reef. Perhaps humanity will not live until 2100. It’s in 82 years, wake up.

We are transforming the planet into a “no-mans land” with no possibility of going back. “What has been done can not be undone.” I am not a scientist, and I do not know the ins and outs, but it is very likely that our planet will die before 2100 because of the accelerations and problems we discover in a few years.

Remember, in 1990 (28 years ago) we were only at the edge of barely found the harmful effects of man on nature.

The red line represents the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere, the blue line represents the concentration of CO2 in the water, and the green curve represents the acidity (pH) of water.

3. Over-exploitation of natural resources

The problem of over-exploitation of resources has always been a “normal” stage of any civilization. As stated by a NASA study published on https://climate.nasa.gov/ overexploitation of resources in the main cause of the decline of any civilization. And for a good reason, it seems logical. As Aurélien Barrau, a renowned French scientist and astrophysicist, working at the CNRS, said:

“We can not continue to use exponentially increasing and unlimited resources in a world of finite size, it is not possible. This is not sustainably possible. In Physics, in my field, it is called an instability and an unstable system is a system that will crash automatically, so we are implementing the crash of the planet Earth system.”

The explosion in the consumption of natural resources is linked directly with the population growth explosion.

The Earth cannot provide an unlimited number of resources because it is of “finite” size.

By continuing to develop frantically, the crash will happen very quickly, and the wars of hungry people will spread on the surface of the earth. Since man has no predator, like any animal species, he breeds.

And without a natural “phenomenon” it will not stop. As long as we are not in front of our responsibilities via a big “stop,” the human will not understand the lesson until it’s too late.

4. Melting Arctic Ice

We have all heard of glacial melt, but we have not felt it until today. The faster the heat melts the ice, the more difficult it is to regenerate until there is no more ice at all. And that can happen well before 2030. You and I will always be there to observe it.

As you can see on these images, there will soon be more ice north and south of our planet. Without this ice, the earth will heat up more quickly and therefore lead to an even more significant increase in heat than we are experiencing today. But that’s not all, because the domino effect goes further, because of the melting ice, the sea level will rise, and swallow a large part of some cities. Imagine, in 20 years, evacuate the population of New York because the water will have invaded everything? Imagine losing your holiday home, close to the sea? Of course not. Because we can not imagine it until it happened, And when that happens, it will be too late.

5. Deforestation

Deforestation is the most violent activity that humans do to our planet. In the same way that cancer attacks the healthy cells of our body, the man attacks in the manner of a tumor, the healthy cells (trees) of our planet. People die of cancer when the balance between healthy and cancerous cells are broken.

Deforestation is also directly involved in all the problems mentioned above in this article. So for me, it is the most important problem to solve.

As you can see in this picture, we are acting like cancer, which is not going away, destroying everything in its path. But by destroying our habitat, we are killing ourselves.

The forests are directly involved in the re-absorption of CO2. Without forests, CO2 isn’t reabsorbed adequately by the planet, and so it becomes denser in the atmosphere, which creates what we are living: global warming and road to our extinction.

See the earth as a human person, and it cells as men, i.e., us. If the cells of our bodies begin to eat each other, the entire system collapses and dies, the cancer cells and the healthy cells, everyone dies.

Human and Nature Shaking Hand for a better future.

This is a dangerous time, and we must now consider Nature as our ally because we are in the same camp. We have denigrated and used it for too long, and it is time that the man decides to become reasonable and enters the phase of harmonization with his environment.

We must force the upper echelons of power of our society to consider merely banning one additional tree from being destroyed for our consumer society. That’s what will kill us right now, amongst other things such as Greenhouse Gas Emissions.

Trees and Nature are our only way to survive what awaits us tomorrow stop destructing it.

“Man is the most insane species. He worships an invisible God and slaughters visible nature, without realizing that this Nature he slays is the invisible God he worships.” Unknown Author —
