Oxford: explicit thoughts

Today I swore a lot. Part of this was due to my recent purchase of a tiny, cheap laptop PC to temporarily replace my apparently extremely taken for granted expensive MacBook. Part of it was due to the large amount of cycling up steep hills involved in this purchase. And part of it was due to the concomitant realization that using explicit language–especially while cycling hard–can be a life-affirming and invigorating experience. I briefly wished that I had the capacity to be so brazen in company, in case this bias in communication also limits my thoughts. I’m not sure how much of a loss this is. Oh well.
