There’s no way to fake it.
It’s not something you hear about, then just decide to do.
It’s the result.
It’s the result of seeing that it’s possible, even in the most difficult situations.
It’s not possible if it’s at the expense of kindness to yourself.
It is possible. But only right now, and only by you.
