When you become skilled at massage, getting massages can be a less enjoyable because you notice all the little mistakes your massage therapist makes.

When you become a master you’ll notice all the tiny details, including all the mistakes that you and others in your field make.

When you’re a massage therapist, it can be unsatisfying to receive a massage from a beginner.

When you’re a yoga teacher, it can be unsatisfying to take a yoga class from from a beginner.

So take a good look at what areas in life you really want to receive in.

Then make a commitment to let others master those areas and give up any residual need to master them.

Doing this is incredibly liberating.
