Subscription models have become something normal in the lives of consumers, mainly thanks to industry giants Netflix and Amazon. While we have seen other brands hop on the subscription bandwagon, Best Buy is taking a fresh approach. Throughout the pandemic, they actually saw a growth in sales throughout the year. Now, Best Buy is ready to launch Best Buy Beta.

Best Buy Beta is their new membership program, costing $200 per year. The membership will include things such as free device installations and unlimited tech support, along with other features. The goal is for Best Buy to become the ultimate brand where consumers go for all things electronic.

The company is not only trying to keep its current consumers, but it is also trying to gain new ones. These customers may find a membership more beneficial than your normal 24/7 tech support chats. All your electronic needs can now be solved in one place.

This membership will be available in 60 locations in six states by the end of April. Subscription models are not new to the brand, as they launched Total Tech Support back in 2018. The plan is to replace the old model with Best Buy Beta, as it will be more attractive to consumers.

We have seen time and time again Best Buy adapting to new methods that will please and benefit consumers. They do this through empathy. it is no wonder that they are at the top of the electronic industry.
