At this point, you’ve signed up for Worthyt and you’re ready and excited to start getting questions from your audience. We’re excited, as well! Every day, we see lots of questions coming in to ask about all sorts of different topics and opinions, and we’re happy to see you start contributing. Here are some tips we have to help you get started in the right way. These tips are based on our own analysis of what has worked for other users.

First, Get Your Permalink

After signing in, go into your Account Page. On the top right, you’ll see a link that looks like worth.yt/________. This is your permalink, and will always direct your audience to your profile. If you don’t have one, you can always create one.

Next, Paste Your Permalink In Your Videos and Other Media

Put your Permalink into the description of your YouTube videos, the bottom of your blogs, and the signatures of your email. If you don’t post it, people won’t know where to go!

Finally, Give Your Link a Shout-Out!

At the beginning and/or end of each of your YouTube videos, mention that you’ll be taking questions through Worthyt (pronounced “worth it”) and a link is posted in the description of your video. By letting your audience know, they’ll have clear instructions on where to go in order to ask you a question. Some things you can say in your quick promo include:

  1. Worthyt is a great way to get your questions answered while also supporting my work and my channel. My link is in the description of this video.
  2. If you have immediate questions, Worthyt is the place to ask me. My link is in the description of this video.
  3. I’m answering any questions through Worthyt, which means you can ask me anything and support my channel at the same time. My Worthyt link is in the description of this video.

Other Creative Ideas

To drive a larger amount of questions at once, think about creating a fun event for your audience. We’ve seen “Ask Me Anything” sessions, where any audience member can go to your Worthyt profile and ask you something, and you’ll answer them. Then, in your next video, you can highlight some of your favorite questions/answers.
