Calling all mech pilots! Are your battle skills polished and weapons primed for Trippp’s Trials — the ultimate competition? For 90 intense minutes at a time, you’ll be immersed in real-time PVP combat, using razor-sharp reflexes and strategic mastery to beat your opponents. Like the legendary All Brawl Showdown, Trippp’s Trials will have active tournament windows scheduled throughout each day. Use the downtime wisely — practice maneuvers with your favorite mech, analyze opponents’ techniques, and fine-tune your strategy.

To maximize the fun, both Wreck Mech Type-C and T.M.P. mechs are cleared for combat!

Event Structure

Unlike All Brawl Showdown, the tournament will have one exciting Leaderboard stage.

Tournament matches are limited to three 90-minute time slots daily to facilitate matchmaking. With a limited player base owing to the small number of Mech NFTs available, matchmaking would be best with designated play windows.

The time slots accommodate players across global time zones. We may adjust the schedule as needed based on player activity and demand. Participating in every time slot does not necessarily yield more points. The matchmaking system pairs players with similar point totals — not just those actively competing at that time.

Players will earn/lose points based on their current points. As you gain points, you’ll face tougher opponents. Lose enough, and you’ll be matched with easier foes. An equilibrium develops where your skill level and mech quality leave you winning about half your matches. If you were to face an opponent with significantly fewer points, you will gain less points if you win. On the other hand, they will gain more points if they win.

Sharpen your skills in the Duels and Practice arena, where AI foes and friends await. Master specific battle maneuvers through relentless training — but superior robot fighting talent alone isn’t enough. Choosing the right mech composition and utilizing their combos are equally vital. You must enhance both your strategic edge and combat capabilities to gain the upper hand. Keep honing your abilities, fine-tuning your mech team lineup, and upgrading your tech. Equip yourself to shatter the equilibrium and shoot up the leaderboard. The path to victory requires perfecting your technique and customizing your mechs. Are you ready to break through and take your game to the next level?

How Can I Participate?

You are allowed to join the tournament even without owning a mech! With T.M.P.s, you have 3 mech choices that you can participate in the tournament.

Invite your friends, enter the tournament, and win some matches to be eligible for rewards!

Game Event: Trippp’s Trials

Start: January 30th, 2024 at 11 AM PT (Time subject to change)

Finish: February 1st, 2024 at 12:35 PM PT (Time subject to change)

Structure: The leaderboard event will be scored with daily time-gated windows lasting 90 minutes, where you’ll score points to battle other players online. Leaderboard points will only be awarded during these times every day:

  • Window 1: 3:00 AM — 4:30 AM PT daily
  • Window 2: 11:00 AM — 12:30 PM PT daily
  • Window 3: 7:00 PM — 8:30 PM PT daily

Rounds: This is where it gets a little bit different from the previous tournament. As we received feedback from the community, we decided to change the number of rounds from Best of 1 to Best of 3, meaning you will need to win two out of three rounds to officially take home the win.

Points: You will earn a different number of points based on who your opponent is. With the new matchmaking improvements, if person A were to face person B with significantly fewer points, person A would gain fewer points if you win. Vice versa, person B will gain more points if they win.

Ranking: Determined by points earned in PvP matches. The more points you earn, the higher you climb on the leaderboard.

Matchmaking: Based on your points (proxy for ELO), you’ll tend to match against players that have scores close to your own.

Rewards: On-chain rewards will be distributed based on player performance. See the rewards below for the full list.

Top 10 Rewards for Trippp’s Trials
Top 500 Rewards for Trippp’s Trials
  • KODA Mech Sets: A full mech set from a complete KODA Sets. A mech set is a mech assembled with parts that make up a themed collection (spanning across the Constructor, Weapon, and Rarity). There are a total of 52 Sets including 2 Yuga Sets. There is a set per Weapon / Rarity for each Constructor. Excluding the 2 Yuga Sets there are 5 Weapons x 5 Rarities x 2 Constructors which equals 50 Mech sets. These are 52 thematically inspired sets (out of the 62 billion possible combinations from mint 1) that have a visually coherent look. Additionally, the parts in a set are designed by our expert game designers to synergize effectively in terms of skills and stats. Unlike the Founders Mechs, these Mech Sets can be disassembled back into parts. It will be very difficult to assemble these by chasing each part individually. Assembling and owning Mechs that are Sets will provide various perks and boosts in the future, making them highly valuable acquisitions.
  • Majestic Boxes: Get a Majestic box containing 10 pieces required to mint another mech and increase your collection! Higher leaderboard placements will be awarded better quality boxes, ranging from rare Majestic Boxes to legendary Majestic Boxes.
  • Booster Boxes: Get a Booster box containing 5 mech parts. Higher leaderboard placements will be awarded better-quality boxes, ranging from common Booster boxes to legendary Booster boxes.
  • Mech Parts: Get a single, random mech part, ranging from common to rare based on final leaderboard placement.

New Game Features

  • Delegate Wallet System — We currently support Delegate Cash and Warm Wallet for minted Wreck Mech or Founders Mech. Please note that you retain full control over your assets when you delegate. nWay is not responsible for any assets lost or displaced. You also cannot delegate the same mech to multiple wallets to use them at the same time. Any attempts to utilize the same mech in two accounts will cause matchmaking to fail.
  • Replay System — The Replay System is a client feature that allows players to watch replays from previous games. Replays are shown from a spectator perspective that provides information on both players.
  • Mech View System — Have you always wondered what the top players are using throughout the tourney? Now you can view their mechs from the leaderboard!
  • Multi-Round Tournament — As per requests from the community, tournaments are now best 2 out of 3 rounds!

There you have it! Be sure to join the Wreck League Discord Server and the Wreck League Twitter for all the latest news.

The Duels are calling — it’s time to step up and dominate the battlefield!
