I choose to discuss the criminal justice system. There has been an ongoing controversy whether crimes should be dealt with at a national, or international level. Since the judiciary concerns humanitarian ethics, I firmly believe that individuals should be treated equally in courts, regardless of their location on the planet. Despite there being different cultures in different parts of the world, certain morals are universal. Establishing international judicial law would promote both consistency and fairness in the justice system.
