  1. When you’re undecided, do what’s uncomfortable.
  2. The struggle you’re facing is exactly what you need.
  3. It takes 10–12 weeks of uncomfortable isolation to create a new version of yourself and your life.
  4. Seeing yourself as an athlete first makes everything in life easier. You eat better. You stress less. You are the engine for physical output — who happens to be a founder, executive, or entrepreneur. Set goals. Train with obsession. Don’t miss a session. Take your sport seriously, and the rest of your life will feel like play.
  5. No one is more anxious than an ambitious person who builds nothing.
  6. You don’t need to know everything. All you need is to decide. To commit. To learn as you move. There’s no perfect plan, no perfect time, no perfect anything.
  7. It’s not just fitness. It’s therapy. It’s medicine. It’s pain. It’s a pleasure. It’s a daily dose of moving and stretching. It’s peace in motion. It’s grace in strength. It’s an endless dance between discipline, delusion, and delight. Use it to see who you really are, and to create who you want to become.
  8. Intensity is not meant to stay jailed inside you. It needs to escape — somewhere, to something. A craft. A sport. A mission.
  9. When you start stretching it’s torture. When you keep stretching it’s peace. This is true with most things. Effortless is the result of unbelievable effort. And the more that “thing” matters, the harder it is to start. The pressure weighs you down until it snaps. Then you act. When that happens, your new life begins. Today, starting might feel impossible. But one day, stopping will feel impossible.
  10. The right work can make you, but the wrong break you.
