I am a morning person.

My day starts better with a plan and a structure. Over time I have seen that my productivity during the day increases when I have implemented a good morning ritual. Adversely, I have seen myself all over the place with little being achieved when I don’t honor my morning rituals.

So apparently, morning + ritual = high chances of an effective and productive day.

But this has been a rollercoaster!

Adulthood comes with freedom and a load of responsibilities. They all need to fit within 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week, and 365 days of the year. And just like every other project, I need appropriate time to ensure my morning rituals to keep them established. You feel me?

So let me share some encumbrances that I have encountered.

The Failures

1.Too many rituals: I am a person with many interests and only 24 hours to be immersed in them. So I default to having an avalanche of rituals (reading books, listening to podcasts, mindfulness modules, meditation, workout gratitude sessions, etc). In the end, I can’t keep up!
