Let’s be honest:

The self-help space can feel like a minefield.

There are so many self-help books out there that it can feel overwhelming!

And let’s face it, there aren’t a lot of these books that are worth your precious time.

They’re either not very good or helpful whatsoever, and after the first 50 pages, you’ve essentially absorbed the entire message.

The rest of the book? Mostly dribble and unnecessary text.

Finding a self-help book that helps and can be applied to everyday life is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

They’re out there, but they’re very difficult to find.

However, over the years I’ve managed to read some brilliant self-help books.
