I fear that I will be forgotten

1. Cafune: Running my fingers through the hair of someone I love

Anxiety makes my nervous system go haywire, which leads to brain fog and difficulty breathing.

One of the best things I do to cope with it is run my fingers through my dog’s fur.

I feel euphoric when either of my parents caresses my hair to make me feel better.

That’s all we need, doesn’t it?

A gentle caress from someone we love.

2. Hypophrenia: The vague feeling of sadness seemingly without cause

Before taking therapy, I didn’t understand why I felt sad randomly throughout the day.

Why the hell do I feel so deeply?

Now I know why.

For example, sometimes I read a line in a book that I somehow relate to. Now that instantly makes my body remember something that happened to me in the past.

That makes us suddenly feel sad. My body recognizes old pain instantly even when I do not know why.

We may not remember some of the details
