1) Giving thanks
First and foremost is to give thanks to your parents who brought you to this world, and nature which allows you the air to breathe and the opportunity to live. The food you eat, the relationships and the family members, to everything who has the role in brightening your days and making you feel that yes you are alive and worthy.
