A snapshot of me working out
  1. They eat too many calories from low-quality food sources and never focus on the nutrient density of foods.
  2. They sit at their desks for 8 hours, then get in their car to sit during their commute, and finally go home to sit in front of the TV to watch Netflix.
  3. They don’t like to put stress on their muscles and end up putting stress on their minds.
  4. They haven’t figured out how to balance a healthy lifestyle while juggling a career, building a business, or raising kids.
  5. They put off sleep, which causes them to wake up sluggish, leading to a bigger problem of guzzling enough coffee to kill a giraffe.
  6. They drink alcohol on a regular basis, feeling like they’re living it up — until the next day when their body kindly reminds them that they’re not 21 anymore.
  7. They keep telling themselves that they’re “too old.” This mindset hypnotizes them into proving themselves right.

Want to feel young at 40? Do the opposite of this list.

Unpopular Opinion

40 years old is actually young.

If you feel old at 40, it’s less of an age issue and more of a lifestyle issue.

You can look and feel like you’re in your 20s in your 40s.
Or… you can look and feel like you’re in your 40s in your 20s.

The choice is yours…

It all comes down to your habits and lifestyle.

Aging is inevitable, getting old is up to you.
