About Me — The Story I Haven’t Told Yet
For those who have been here for a while, it will be no surprise that I often write from personal experience. I can describe myself in 10 words, and I’ll still do it for the benefit of any new souls stopping by who want a general overview of what makes me who I am — those pieces of my identity.
However, with this post, I want to confront a topic that is my real motivation for starting to write here, something I have yet to find the courage to discuss. I was supposed to write this story at the beginning of July for a contest where the winners are decided based on the number of reads. There are only a few hours left until the deadline, so I know I won’t win anything, but maybe facing my nightmares will be my reward.
